<img src="/geekers/skifree-thumb.png" />I was stumbling around the web yesterday when I came across a blast from the past: The original SkiFree game for Windows, written by a Microsoft programmer on Windows 3.0 back in 1991. Imagine my surprise when I found out the same game actually works just fine on Windows Vista.
<img src="/geekers/fantasticcontraption-thumb.png" />Around midnight I stumbled across a new flash game posted by one of our forum members... about 3 hours later I realized that I was still playing, and hadn't written anything for today... but no matter, I'll pass on this productivity killer for everybody to enjoy!
The last time I was too lazy to write anything turned out to be extremely popular, so I decided to do it again since I'm enjoying a cup of coffee a few thousand miles away.
I've decided to use my laziness as an excuse to promote some of the good stuff that the bloggers on the How-To Geek Blogs have come up with over the last week or two.
It's nice when you find an easter egg in a piece of software and it's actually useful. Our favorite Anti-Spyware tool, Spybot, has a great hidden feature to help you pass the time when running a manual scan... a game!
