A cyclic number is any integer in which successive multiples of the number are cyclic permutations (essentially number anagrams) of it. The most frequently used example of this phenomenon is the number 142857 whose multiples are simply rearrangements of the original numbers (e.g. 142857 x 2 is 285714 and 142857 x 3 is 428571).
