How-To Geek

Befriend The Geek on StumbleUpon, Digg, Delicious, Twitter, etc

I’ve received a ton of requests from the readers on how to contact me on various social sites such as StumbleUpon or Digg, so I decided to put together a page where you can add me as a friend on your social network of choice.

I can’t say that I use all of them all the time, but you are welcome to befriend me so you can share things directly with me.

I just love Stumble… this account is a new account but I’m going to start using it as my regular account from now on.

I don’t use Digg a real lot, unless somebody bugs me. You are welcome to add me as a friend or bug me so I can see what you are posting.

I don’t use this much… but you are welcome to follow me:

Being one of my favorite sites, I couldn’t leave it out of the mix… now that they’ve added their new accounts feature, you can add me as a friend there as well. I also comment on Lifehacker more often than on many other sites.

I use integrated with Amarok for my music recommendations, and I highly recommend it. I’ve got very odd taste in music, mostly fairly mellow music playing while I work.

I find technorati fairly retarded… but if you have an account there you can add this site as a favorite.

Google Reader Shared Items

This is a very cool feature in Google Reader… I promise to start sharing more items that I find interesting as long as you feel like subscribing.

The How-To Geek’s Shared Items

I just created this profile at the prompting of a few friends…

Looking forward to making some new friends on social media =)

Cool! If I add you as a friend on facebook will it somehow notify me when you add a new tip? That would be great! I just recently discovered this site and it has great tips and programs..

That’s something I’m working on… it would definitely be a cool feature, if possible.

I know there’s a facebook app for posting wordpress posts to your facebook or something, but I don’t know if that would help with that. You could always just post them as a note I guess, although I don’t really use those so I don’t know how they work. That would be manual though.
