Friday Fun: Snowboarding Supreme 2

By Akemi Iwaya on September 3rd, 2010

After a long week at work it is time to relax and have some fun. This week we have a cool stunt and trick snowboarding game for you to play.

Note: This game has a short, highly repetitive bit of music that you may want to turn off while playing.

Snowboarding Supreme 2

The object of the game is to meet or exceed the required qualification score for each of the snowboard courses while doing as many stunts/tricks as possible.

The first thing that you will see is a map showing the fifteen different snowboarding courses and your progress on the circuit.

You will definitely want to become familiar with the necessary keyboard keys in order to do as well as possible while snowboarding.

Note: The numeric keypad on our keyboard did not seem to “mix” very well with the game, so we recommend using the regular numeric keys or their alphabetic equivalents.

You will also be able to choose from one of four different snowboarders. The default snowboarder when starting the game is Kate Powder but you can choose a different snowboarder by clicking on them. Each snowboarder has specialty tricks and different levels of strength for jumping, speed, and air balance.

Time to go snowboarding!

While snowboarding on the courses you will see prompts from the Yeti to do certain stunts/tricks. There will also be prompts near the bottom of the game window to do other stunts/tricks too. The more you do the better your score will be.

At the end of each course you will receive scores for your performance. The judges will not hesitate to give you low scores if they feel you did not do enough stunts/tricks. You can see a good example of the qualification scores here…fifteen was the minimum requirement to pass the course. Once you master a course you can try it again or move on to the next one.

Bring on Course #2!
