Do you have event dates that you need to make note of while browsing in Internet Explorer? Adding those events to your Live Calendar is easy to do with the Add Events to Windows Live Calendar accelerator.

Adding Events to your Live Calendar

To add the accelerator click on Add to Internet Explorer and then confirm the installation when the secondary window appears.

For our example we chose the “estimated” availability date of Microsoft Office 2010 to the public.

At the bottom of the pre-order page we found the date we were looking for. To add an event highlight the desired text (will become event description) and select the Add an Event to Windows Live Calendar listing in the context menu.

A new tab will be opened where you can add any relevant details or make final tweaks to the description before saving the event.

There is our new calendar event ready to send out a notification e-mail for the Office 2010 release.

The Add Events to Windows Live Calendar accelerator speeds up the process of adding events to your calendar by getting you directly to the event form.

I have Windows Seven Ultimate & Office 20007 Professional. I have recently Migrated to Windows Seven. Outlook 2007 s my Default email Client ( I do not have any other email Client).

In out look 2007 I have four POP 3 email identies including gmail is my deafut Email.

When ever I right click on a Picture and click send it to email client, Window opens up to resize the photograph & then says to Google I click OK, nothing happens. I have contacted Microsoft India through email but it seems they have no answer to my problem. I had no such problem in Windows Vista or XP.

Well, little offtopic, but this is my 2 cents

When i had Vista, i noticed that i never used IE. And now i have Windows 7 (Ultimate), so i removed IE from my OS… or “executable”, because… well, like we know… MS will leave some files there.

But, almost 3 months and no problems, even some programs, like an Impulse (Stardock) will use IE files, and so on… but that’s doesn’t matter. So accelerators don’t work, of course… even i have IE Tab 2 on Firefox, just in case… and i don’t like those accelerators, even there is/was some handy, what i remember, when 8 came out… and i even i tried only best ones, and removed rest… but after while, i felt that it is too much menus, under menus, menus….and so on. …let’s see, do they win with new IE 9 …too much…big words, probably we will see many new version from every browser, before it is ready… so they need something else…
