The simple web app lets you create a home menu icon for your phone that looks like it’s for Twitter or Facebook. The twist: a certain percentage of the time it opens Pocket or Kindle instead of your social media addiction. The idea is to prompt you to read something substantial instead of just scrolling through your feeds.

You can set which percentage of the time you actually get Facebook or Twitter, but that’s about it in terms of customization. Give it a shot.
