I have one user who is unable to access their work email from home, it was working for her up until last Thursday. When I run the diagnostics it says "the remote device or resource won't accept the connection" I can access the mail from inside the network and also from my iphone and have had no reports from any of the other users that they are having this issue. Have internet access and have been able to log into multiple other sites (http or https) with no problems.

Things I have tried:
updated wifi driver
checked to make sure proxy is not ticked
turned off firewall
stopped services for Bonjour
reset internet options
cleared browsing history
under system and security ran find and fix problems
reset router

I am at a lose as to why it will not work, any help would be greatly appreciated :)
