Outlook 2010: Can't set flag

20120308: For some time now, whenever I want to set a flag, the following appears:
"The operation cannot be performed because the message has been changed."

I suspect an update caused this, as it didn't happen until several months ago.
Windows 7 64-bit system.

Check to see if you have 'Email scanning' set to on with your Antivirus, if so uncheck that option or turn it off and see if that cures the problem. This appears to be a particular problem with Nod32.
