How to undo HP system recovery

Is there anyway to undo HP system recovery in windows XP? I'v tryed to undo the system recovery but there was no recover points (dates), just the current date that I did the system recovery.

please explain in more detail.
If you mean you ran your HP system recovery over your old XP to take you back to factory default then chances are pretty slim since your data has been overwritten. You can try this

Yes, I ran my HP system recovery over my old XP and it gave me back the factory default. I want to my photos & files back.

You are out of luck, you should have saved them before you did the restore, which puts you back to the system as shipped.
