i keep on getting this error and the only way i can get rid of it is my shutting down my security services
can any one help me

Hi chips123, welcome to HTG. What is the exact error message you are getting? Have a look here, as you can see it´s part of Win 7 as long as it is in the system32 folder, there have been a lot of false positives coming from from older anti-virus/malware scanners. Matt
