It really depends on what Trojan you are infected with. SAS is good in a lot of cases, but you may need something else like ComboFix or SmitFraudFix or something else. Most specialty trojan removers are free. In fact, if you Google, be wary of any remover that advertises it's retail. SAS has a retail version: SAS Pro, but it has a free thirty day trial anyway and SAS is reputable.
