Thanks for looking everyone. Like a lot of other people here I am building a computer myself for the first time and would like some advice. I am trying to get the price to be as reasonable as possible without sacrificing performance. This is actually my second diy computer, but the parts for the first one were chosen by someone else. I love the computer I built that time and still have the specs here. If I could, I'd build the same one again. I want another machine that can play wow on ultra, which my laptop can no longer handle. I'll also want a very large hard drive and a dual monitor setup capability.

Here is the order for my current computer that I love for reference, purchased about a year ago.

1 x ($339.99) VGA EVGA|012-P3-1570-AR GTX570 R $339.99
1 x ($84.99) MEM 4Gx2|CORSAIR CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B $84.99
1 x ($16.99) CARD READ ROSEWILL|RCR-IC002 R $16.99
1 x ($19.99) DVD BRN ASUS | DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS% - OEM $19.99
1 x ($27.99) WL ADAPTER ASUS|PCE-N13 R $27.99
1 x ($11.98) CPU THERMPASTE|AS5-3.5G % - OEM $11.98
1 x ($58.99) HD 750G|WD SATAIII WD7500AALX % - OEM $58.99
1 x ($129.99) MB ASUS|P8P67 LE (REV 3.0) P67 1155 $129.99
1 x ($109.99) PSU CORSAIR|750W CMPSU-750TXV2 R $109.99
1 x ($209.99) CPU INTEL|CORE I5 2500 3.3G 6M R $209.99

This machine cost about 1000 to put together.

Here is what I am looking at for the next build, close as I could get it to the old one.

74.99 Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, come with Five Fans, window side panel, top HDD dock
89.99 CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply
19.99 ASUS 24X DVD Burner SATA Model DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS - OEM
$299.99 Intel Core i7-2700K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
109.99 Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
40.99 CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
124.99 ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
89.99 EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

These prices reflect discounts and rebates, and it comes to a bit over 800.00. I am not sure about the processor, it seems extremely expensive and I am not well versed enough to understand what difference I'll see for my needs against one half the cost, if any. For that matter, the video card seems too cheap...
Obviously I am in desperate need of help. I leave it up to you, the experts.

edit: forgot to put the case I found, and realized the cpu and motherboard are imcompatible. I've updated the processor.

You have MISMATCHED an Intel Sandy Bridge Socket 2011 Processor with an Intel Ivy Bridge Third Generation Socket 1155 Motherboard.

Need this CPU

Thanks for noticing that raphoenix, I caught it as well just after posting. I've switched to this one, which is about a midpoint between the two you posted I believe: $299.99 Intel Core i7-2700K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

Choose between the two CPUs I posted.

You Need Intel 4000 Graphics CPU with that MB.
