Did you check in Device Manager > Network Adapters if both the onboard network and wireless card drivers are installed correctly?
Try to install them and check if it resolves the issue.

Check to see if its set to use a proxy server.

Start Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu and then select Internet Options,
When the Internet options open click on the Connections tab,
Now click on the Lan Settings,
Uncheck the checkbox “Use a proxy server for your LAN”
Now press the OK button to close this screen.

Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) is the next generation IP version and it is the successor to IPv4. So, it has nothing to do with WiFi address.
What is the status wireless signal on Taskbar? You may try to power drain the router and the computer and check if the computer is able to connect to the wireless router. Remember only one network will be allowed at any given time.
