That picture looks like its from this clip:
    It’s hillarious!

These shows are a joke. With the magical technology these guys use, there shouldn’t be a single, solitary unsolved crime anywhere on the planet.

    Agree with TreeTop.

though i do enjoy watching CSI: Miami, i also think of how lucky they are… the killers often slip up in the crazyest of ways or just bad luck… like a incredibly horific burns but the one patch where the killer grabbed them and left a finger print was protected with a flame retardent credit card…

I had CSI show up and they said they couldnt dust for finger prints in the car as it had been raining…

all a load of crap but Eva Larue (think thats how its spelt) is well worth the watch!!! fffwwwwooorrrrrrr

Less than one minute of googling establishes that NC issues only one plate, to be installed on the rear of the vehicle. This one appears to be on the front. Book’m Danno!

I had CSI show up to dust for fingerprints inside of one of my vehicles right after some windows were broken out of it. They didn’t find a single fingerprint. I mean, not even ones from any of US that were in it every single day! I couldn’t believe it!

In all reality, these images are enhanced the same way spectacular images of stars and planets are created. Multiple (sometimes hundreds, thousands) of pictures are compostited. Computer software will sharpen each image by removing fuzzy areas based on the other images and combining them into one. Software is availible free at many astronomy sites. Try it yourself.
If enough images are captured, even on an old black and white low resolution camera with rain drops, then the image can be made to look sharp and clear. Even color can be added based on the environment and physical signatures.

I can understand piecing an accurate image together from “hundreds” or “thousands” of images, but the images in this comic aren’t anything like that.
