Planetary Arranges Your Music like Solar Systems [iPad]

When it comes to unique ways to browse and display your music it doesn’t get much more unique than Planetary–an iPad-based music browser that arranges your collection like galaxies and star systems.

Planetary takes your music collection and arranges it so that artists appear as stars which are surrounded by planets (albums) which are in turn surrounded by moons (tracks from those albums). It’s not the most efficient way to move through your music collection but it is an extremely eye catching and interesting way. Check out the video above to see it in action.

Planetary is a free, iPad only, download.

OK, that is pretty cool. If I’m honest this does make me slightly jealous of iPad owners (Never thought I would say that!).
