Add Sticky Note Goodness to Webpages in Firefox with Internote

By Akemi Iwaya on January 24th, 2011

Are you looking for a nice sticky note solution to use while browsing with Firefox? Then the Internote extension may be just what you have been looking for.

You can modify and work with notes directly using the Context Menu. Notice the Manage Note listing…

Clicking on Manage Note from the Context Menu opens a window where you can better refine how a particular note works. You can select for options such as displaying on all pages or only on selected ones, modify the color scheme, or reset the notes position.

Note: This window is where you can import notes, export selected notes, or export all of your notes as needed.

There is a Status Bar Icon available for your convenience as well. Left clicking on it opens a new sticky note and right clicking accesses the Context Menu.

Note: You can also manage the extension from the Main Menu.

Internote comes with a nice set of Options and allows you to choose your own defaults if desired. You may also select a new storage location, but make certain to Import your existing notes to the new location if you do.
