View Large Versions of Twitter Avatar Pics in Chrome

By Akemi Iwaya on November 15th, 2010

Do you have to squint in order to make out the details in some Twitter avatar pics? See how easy it is to zoom/enlarge an avatar pic with the Twitter Photo Zoom extension for Google Chrome.

As you can see in the image above, the enlarged version really stands out and is easy to view. To see the larger version simply hover your mouse over the avatar pic and enjoy the view. One thing to keep in mind is that the large view of some avatar pics may vary in size (based on the size of the original image uploaded by a particular user).

This is definitely a fun and useful extension to have for anyone who enjoys looking closely at or may be curious about a particular avatar pic. You may be surprised at just what you can see in the enlarged versions!

Note: Once you have installed the extension you will need to refresh your Twitter tab if you had it open before the installation.
