Defense Contractor Demos Iron Man Style Exo-Skeleton

Defense contractor Raytheon has just released a video and images of its’ new XOS 2 (Mark II) exo skeleton. The suit is the next step in the design process for developing robotics suits for military use in and out of theater.

    Nice article, pics and vid…but I don’t think comparing it to the “Iron Man” suit is the way to go. If anything its closer to the combat style suits used in “GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra” movie. Just my 2 cents worth.

    I just don’t understand why americans feel so happy and natural about finding new toys to help on wars. You know, people die on wars. Like, blood everywhere and people crying. Not a game, even if you try to make it look like one.

    +1 for Camilo Martin’s comment. Agreed, these suits are designed and manufactured for a single purpose…to kill.
    I’m not a big fan of real-life killing. How about using it for disabled people first?
