Internet Explorer 10, the same version that comes with Windows 8, is now available for Windows 7 users as well. Even if you aren’t an Internet Explorer user, you should still think about upgrading IE to the latest version for security reasons.

IE10 is much faster, more standards-compliant, and just better than previous versions. It has more security features, and you should upgrade whether you use it or not (why have old software on your PC?) — or you can just wait, as everybody running IE9 will eventually be upgraded to IE10 through Windows Update.
