    Some of these pictures are so beautifully detailed, like the one in the second row, fourth pic down. It makes me think that steam punk could be based on reality, like the alternate universe in “Fringe”. Maybe these are what our own alternate universe looks like, beautiful, strange and wonderful all at the same time. And maybe Jules Verne found a way to go back and fourth between universes, and so “20 Thousand Leagues Under the Sea” was born. Just a thought. Thanks Angel.
