The Augmented Reality TARDIS [Video]

If you build a tiny desktop Doctor Who TARDIS, how can you simulate the massive interior of the alien space ship? With augmented reality, of course.

Courtesy of tinker Greg Kumparak, we’re treated to this spectacularly geeky build. Not only did he build his own TARDIS model from scratch, complete with working call light on top, but he then went on to teach himself Blender and create a 3D rendering of the interior of the TARDIS that’s accessible via smartphone augmented reality.
