Oh my God this is classic! XD

  2. Colar

I use unrar… Wait? Does that mean that no Linux user will go to heaven?

    Hopefully I’m Pastafarian (:

WinRAR gave away free licenses more than a few times. I got one, installed it, but never used it.

Ended up removing it to undo the Explorer integration. I probably have that key still in the password manager somewhere, yep. Seems that 7z always did more than I needed when stuck on MS-Windows.

On Linux, the free unrar always did just fine if forced to use a .rar file.

I’m a fair sorta person, but if they give away licenses, should we be expected to pay?

  4. UltimatePSV

    I’ve always used PeaZip instead.

  5. Roronoa Joenoez

    Using Original Winrar Full Version
    Using shared license-key

i bought winrar… i use it to unpack all the pirated movies i download…. that means i will go to heaven…

  7. Jammo

    7-zip renders winrar useless.

  8. 4G Reaper

I use winrar beta, no prompts to buy. Do I still get into heaven?

  9. Ushindi

I’m still using the old free version of AlZip, and have never seen a need for anything else. Of course, my needs are very rudimentary – zipping and unzipping.

After about 2 years I still have the full trial period??? Do I get into heaven?

I’d gladly pay what it’s worth, but $29 for a simple archiver? Get real! Make it $5 and then it enters the “buy it to stop the pop-ups” territory.
