    Thank You!

So, now i downloaded the zip file….where do i extract the pics to to make them behave like wallpapers? Thanks. S.

  3. Kevalin

@sherry: if you are running Windows XP or 7, extract to–
C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper. In Windows 7, once you get to that point there are three or four sub-folders to chose from, inluding, I believe, one called “Landscpes”. But I couldn’t swear to that.

A really great wall paper would be of a view that matched the time/clock on your PC, Laptop or whatever and changed its colours to match the time. So…you could see sunrise to midday to dusk and on to night without physically changing your wall paper.

May have been done already, and I know Google is my friend…I’ll perhaps do a search for something similar. Sadly not clever enough to do one myself :-/

Thank you for the wallpapers and the zip file. Makes things much easier. :-)

@Billy Geeza – I use a great little app called ‘f.lux’ which dims your white screen glare at sunset based on your geo-physical location which it calculates itself.

I know it’s not what you were looking for but these things are out there if people share info (and of course there’s our friend ‘Google’)… :)

    THANK YOU Asian Angel!

    These are some beauties!

Thanks for the zip file. I still had a little problem downloading, but finally got them all. Some really gorgeous sunsets there. I agree with Billy Geeza, it would be great to have them change according to the time of day. Perhaps one could just set up a file with day and sunset photos alternating, then set the SCREEN SAVER to that folder, and set it to rotate every 12 hours (or every 8 hours with appropriate photos).

Beautiful! I wonder if these can be used as cover photos on FB timeline?

@All – It looks like Paper Wall’s server is working nicely again based on the test I just did, so everyone will be able to download the wallpapers like they normally do each week now. ^_^

Still don’t see a zip file or a link to a zip file to download these picturers collectively.

  17. Asian Angel

@buddyb & gasjockey – I removed the zip file link once Paper Wall’s server came back online. It is back to business as usual for downloading them now. ^_^
