Cat Hates DVD Drive [Video]

If you thought you had a strong dislike of optical media you’ve got nothing on this unsettled feline.

As much as we’re fans of avoiding physical media in favor of digital transfers, we manage to keep a lid on our dislike. This cat? Not so much.

Of all the parts of the computer, a cat hates the DVD drive. You think he would hae the mouse.

I’d be afraid of 2 things, 1) the cat could get its paw trapped it the drive is the angle was right and 2) he could break the drive. Dumb trick!

    An expensive cat-toy.

Our 7 month old kitten does something similar when one of our printers is in use. It’s funny to watch but someone always has to walk over and ensure he doesn’t destroy the printed paper. Our other 2 older cats could care less.

My Siamese cat was totally afraid of my folding three foot ruler and I have no idea why. I found him asleep on the floor one day and opened the ruler and slid it slowly across the floor towards him. He opened his eyes, saw what it was and erupted vertically half way to the ceiling. He came down sprinting and dissapeared out the door till the next day.

I had cat that would jump up on my desk and sit on my keyboard, while i was using it. She wouldn’t look at me. It’s as if she didn’t know I was there. She wanted my attention without making it obvious. Peculiar creatures they are.
