I am lucky enough to own a copy of this book, and have it scanned as well. I didn’t put it up online because I would imagine someone owns the copyright.

Still, it’s good to see it available. The one problem I have with it is that the book is done in tones of sepia, brown, beige. The scans are all high-contrast black-and-white, and don’t really do the original justice.
