Friday Fun: Dibbles 2 – Winter Woes

By Akemi Iwaya on December 16th, 2011

The best day of the work week is finally here again, so take a few minutes to relax and have some fun. In this week’s game the Dibbles are on the move again and your mission is to help their king survive the trek across the winter wastelands.

Dibbles 2 – Winter Woes

Here is a quick look at the Help Section with a quick background on Dibble psychology and instructions on how to play.

There are forty-four levels of winter wasteland travel waiting for you…

Each level will be shaded over as seen below when you first access them. This is actually very helpful as it gives you time to see what resources (Command Stones) you have available to work with at the bottom along with planning your strategy for that particular level.

Once you click within the game window or press the Space Bar, the shading will disappear and you will need to start placing your Command Stones as quickly as possible.

Our first Dibble is getting ready to sacrifice himself in order to help the others…once he reaches the Command Stone he will transform.

On the first level our Dibble transformed himself into a filler/bridge so that the others could safely cross. You can see the Dibble King just exiting the igloo on the left side…

At the end of each level your score will be based on how many Dibbles survived multiplied by your time remaining from the top of the window.

Once again the preview of the level is going to be helpful…

The second level will go smoothly with just a little bit of careful placement for your Command Stones. Good luck and have fun!
