Overview
The Parental controls feature is available in Basic, Home Premium, and Ultimate editions. Parental Controls were a feature added into Windows Vista to help you manage how your children use the PC. You can set limits on access to the web, hours on the computer, limit programs they can use, etc. Parental controls are located as part of the User Account and Family Safety in the Control Panel.
