Microsoft Sync Center is a component of Windows where you can manage all synchronizations - between PC and Mobile devices, from one PC to another, or from a PC to a server application.

Overview

You can access this section of Control Panel by clicking on Network and Internet, and then choosing Sync Center from the list.
