Overview
ICS pretty much explains itself in its name. This service allows two or more computers to share the same Internet connection. While one user is surfing the web another user can be downloading a music file. This service is enabled by default starting with Windows 98 and should not be disabled if you want to maintain Internet connectivity.

System Requirements
