Move the Windows 8 Start Screen from One Monitor to Another

Untitled

If you have a multi-monitor computer running Windows 8, you might be wondering why on earth the Start Screen only takes up one of the monitors. We can’t explain that one, but we can tell you how to move the Start Screen (or Modern Apps) from one monitor to the other.

All you have to do is use WIN + PAGE UP or WIN + PAGE DOWN to move the Start Screen around. It’s quite useful.

Of course, if you move your mouse to the regular desktop and click, it’ll minimize the Start Screen or Modern app. So you can’t use a Modern app on one monitor and a desktop app on the other at the same time. Oh well.
