How long does it take to process my order?
Many of the designs are printed on demand. That means that the inventory for your product is often ordered up fresh when your order is finished and put into production. Because finished, printed goods are not sitting around in inventory, your order is printed on demand for you. This print on demand process can possibly take as long as ten business days but will usually be printed and put in the mail far quicker. What is Print On Demand?
Print on demand is a new technology for producing t-shirts. The quality is as good (or better, depending on the circumstances) as traditional screen print and will perform durably and last for many washes. Because of this “on demand” print and less inventory on hand, it may take extra time to produce and ship your order–but it’s worth it!
When will I get my order?
Depending on where you are in the continental US, ground shipping via USPS will can take as long as five business days. Orders shipping outside the continental US may take as long as two business weeks to arrive once they’ve shipped.

Policies and Product Guarantee
What is HTG’s policy on refunds or exchanges?
We offer a money back guarantee that our products should be defect free. T-shirts with printing errors or manufacturing defects can be returned within 90 days of purchase and exchanged for new merchandise. Our products also come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied in some way, contact merchandise@howtogeek.com. Include the text “RMA” or “Exchange” in your subject line and instructions on your refund will be sent to you within 24 hours.
