Overview

Replay Music is the ultimate MP3 song recorder.  You can record music from any website or PC software.  Record high quality mp3’s from online radio and music subscription services.  You can also copy songs to your iPod or burn to CD.  Unlike other products, Replay music records high quality MP3 recordings from any music web source you can play on your PC.

Being that this is a utility designed to do one thing there are not a whole lot of extra features, but the options offered allow for different utilizations.  When you start a recording session the are different fields you can enter data about the music.

Control the output settings of your recorded files to different quality MP3 settings, WAV, burn directly to an audio or mp3 disc.

You can also record old vinyl and cassette tapes to digital files by plugging in a record player or cassette deck into your PC sound card then just change the input source in settings.

* It is important to open the web browser or music player program first before starting to record.

With Replay Music open simply click on the Start Recording button.

The recording session screen opens up where you can enter in artist information.  Many times Replay Music automatically retrieves the information for you.  Also notice the option to add the recorded tracks directly to Windows Media Player and / or iTunes libraries.

Conclusion

Replay Music is a great application for easily recording streaming online audio content.  It is fast, easy to use, and very light on system resources.  It works great with online music sites such as Rhapsody, Yahoo Music, Pandora, or online radio like SHOUITcast.  They offer a free trial which allows recording 25 songs then a license is $19.95 after that for unlimited use.  It is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista and we were able to use it flawlessly on Windows 7.
