this is awesome!..I nearly pulled my hair out dealing with Vista's asenine feature (what the heck happened to the “Yes to All” button?)…this solution helped, though it was still a bit slow it was not nearly as slow as 230 days remaining… to je awesome! .. My windows xp system hangs (blue screen of death) when i try to copy files larger then 4 GB to my a nfs mounted filesystem (solaris9). Damn!!! K vragu! I upgrade mi Vista to SP1, and the problem stills there!!! I nadgraditi mi razgled na SP1, in problem destilarnah tam! I disabled all features that I don´t need on Networks…. Jaz nesposoben vseh funkcij, da mi ni treba na Networks .... I do all that recommends on this page, and the problem stills there, I can´t copy large files from a machine running XP to my machine running vista…. Sem storiti vse, da se priporoča na tej strani, in problem destilarnah tam, ne morem kopirati velike datoteke iz stroja XP na moj stroj tekmovanje v teku razgled ....
But the strange thing is that if I command to copy the files from the xp machine, works flawlessly!!! Ampak čudno je, da če bom ukaz za kopiranje datoteke iz xp stroj, deluje brezhibno!

Same here. Enako tukaj. I'm running SP1, tried disabling the auto tuning and its definitely worse. Tečem SP1, poskušal onesposobiti avto tuning in definitivno slabši. The robocopy and copying to a mapped drive workarounds don't work either. Robocopy in kopiranje na disk preslikanim rešitve ne delujejo niti. Grinds to a halt and then fails. Grinds za zaustavitev in nato ne uspe.

Just go the network adapter setting and clicks on 'Configure' button for the settings Samo pojdi omrežno kartico nastavitev in klikne na "Configure" gumb za nastavitev
and under 'Link Speed' tab go to 'Speed and Duplex' and select the 'Auto Negotiation' in pod "Link Speed", pojdite na zavihek "hitrost in Duplex" in izberite "Samodejno pogajanje"
After apply above steps ,I hope slow file copy problem will be solved Potem ko se zgoraj omenjeni ukrepi, upam, da počasi kopija spisa problem bo rešen

Mmm… another solution would be using SyncToy. Mmm ... druga rešitev bi bila z uporabo SyncToy. That program is really good. Ta program je res dober. Give it a try. Daj mu poskusiti.

This has really helped! To je res pomagal! I reinstalled my Vista on my new VAIO probably 25 times now trying to solve this thinking it was due to program compatibility! Jaz zopet postaviti svoj razgled na mojo novo VAIO verjetno 25-krat sedaj poskuša rešiti to razmišljanje je posledica program združljivosti!
