Skapa en skrivagenväg för att ta fram dolde skrivbords- symboler och sparar

Mest av oss som är lika mig förälskelse till uppehället symbolerna och några, sparar i det skrivbords- för ömt ställe tar fram, men ironically älskar jag ett rent skrivbords- för. Men det finns en enkel tweak utan any extra bearbetar för att få det bäst av båda världar, kan sparar skapar du dölja de skrivbords- symbolerna & och ett beställnings- skrivar genvägen för att ta fram de symboler och sparar.
Kliva 1: Dölja de skrivbords- symbolerna och sparar.
Rätten klickar på Skrivbords-gå till, Beskåda och uncheck alternativet Visa skrivbords- symboler. Nu ska du har ett rent skrivbords-.
Kliva 2: Skapa en skrivbords- genväg för att öppna den skrivbords- mappen.
Alla objekt i det skrivbords- lagras i mappen under din kända användare. Klicka på Start knäppas -> (din username) -> Skrivbords- mapp.
Rätten klickar på Skrivbords- mapp och klicka Överför till -> Skrivbords- (skapa genvägen),. Ska detta skapar en skrivbords- genväg för att öppna den skrivbords- mappen.
Kliva 3: Tilldela ett beställnings- skrivar genvägen för att öppna dolde skrivbords- symboler och sparar.
Öppna nu den skrivbords- mappnågot liknande som in nämns, kliver 2.
Rätten klickar skriva genvägen för skrivbords- du har skapat nyss och klickar Rekvisita.
Öppet Genvägflik och klicka på Den nyckel- genvägen boxas. Klicka nu ALT + CTRL + några märker nyckel- att skapa en beställnings- genväg och att klicka REKO. Jag använder vanligt ALT + CTRL + D to open desktop folder and Win + D to show desktop.
Now you can open all the hidden icons and files in the desktop in a folder to have a quick access at the stroke of a custom keyboard shortcut.

Unless I did this wrong, all it does is open Explorer aimed at the Desktop? Wow, for the past ~13 years I thought the point of the Desktop was to have a graphic way to remember where I had placed random temporary stuff. Give us a keystroke to toggle the icons ON/OFF and I’ll consider this of some value. Don’t we already have Desktop on our Quick Launch?

I have a confusion around this…does these shortcuts created always works?…as there was a time when i have created a keyboard shortcut for a desktop icon which sometimes works and sometime does not work.

you can also go to :\Users\vista-username\Desktop to access the files on the desktop ifd they are hidden

Do you know how to cut & paste an icon from an internet website onto the desktop using Vista i.e. ebay icon, etc. I have tried to right click on the webpage and create shortcut but the only thing that shows up on the desktop is a page with a small window in it with the name of the website. It does go to the site if you click it but does not use the logo of the website like it used to. Any suggestions? Thanks. v
