Adding Indexing Locations in Windows Vista Dodajanje Indeksiranje Lokacije v operacijskem sistemu Windows Vista
Windows Vista has a new built-in searching engine that is completely integrated into the operating system, but not all directories are indexed by default. In Vista Indexing, my “Show all locations” button is grayed out. V Indeksiranje Vista, moj "Pokaži vse lokacije" popek je siva barva jasno.

To Tom Skelding: The “show all locations” button gets grayed out when Vista believes that all locations have been selected. To SutroStyle: Once you have clicked the Modify button you should see Local Disk (C:) at the top of the list. I have installed this and it works! Imam umestiti to ter to tovarna! however I have 1 network drive that it is not picking up any clues? Vendar pa imam 1 omrežni pogon da ni pobral vse clues?

Just a heads up – this no longer access indexer options in SP1. Samo glave gor - to ni več možnosti dostopa Indexer v SP1. At least, this is the case if you have Google Desktop Search installed. On the other hand, I am looking forward to the ability to index delegate inboxes in Exchange – an often requested feature around the office.
