		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Instead of the registry hack, you could right click on your desktop and in the menu that appears click NEW / SHORTCUT a dialog box will appear, under &#8220;type the location of the item&#8221; TYPE: &#8220;Control Userpasswords2&#8243; without quotes then click next, give your new shortcut a name them click finish.</p>
<p>You will now have a new shortcut on your desktop that once double clicked will open USER ACCOUNTS dialog box with the options that you require. If you didn’t want it on your desktop you could simply drag it down to your quick launch area.</p>
