i tried this and it came back with e: package enlightenment has no installation candidate.

ie : did not install. im a newbie, just got ubuntu running so any assistance will need to be in lamen.

Sorry if this is a little late, but have you tried clicking both buttons at the same time to emulate a middle key click. Seems to work on my laptop.

Good guide, it got me up and running, but unfortunatly its not made for laptops! No middle key means its going to have to stay on a desktop for me, I guess KDE or Gnome still rule the day for my laptops.

Have you tried using the synaptics package manager? You might find a version on there that works?
