Friday Fun: How-To Videos Galore!
Have you ever wondered about the best way to find interesting how-to videos? (Yeah, I haven’t either) Like most people, I would have just searched Youtube or Google, but there’s a much quicker way to find all the how-to videos you could ever imagine…
The WonderHowTo website has a community of people that find all of the interesting how-to videos across the web and aggregate them together into one place.
They have 106,969 how-to videos indexed as of today, on every topic you would care to watch a video on… everything from installing ceramic tile flooring to using Google Reader.
I was completely productive during the 6 minutes I spent learning about solving a Rubik’s cube…
Or you could learn how to add custom entries to the Windows context menu:
Or even some misc Windows XP tricks:
Note: The How-To Geek has been feeling a little under the weather this week and hasn’t felt like writing much, but things will return to normal next week.

nice find – lots of videos there. I like that they embed the video into the page so you don’t have to click through a ton of times to watch the videos
I like these fun posts, lightens up the day. That rubik’s cube video was confusing.
i found a few good videos for solving the rubix cube on youtube though. i can now solve a random rubix cube in under 5 minutes
I keep seeing that WonderHowTo has over 100K videos, but when I look through their subcategory, I only see 50K. What am I missing?
