I recently decided to update the FavIcon for this site (the little icon in the address bar). Jag har nyligen beslutat att uppdatera FavIcon för webbplatsen (den lilla ikonen i adressfältet). There's a number of online generators that create the icons for you from a picture, and they really seem to do a great job while keeping everything extremely easy. First find a picture that is similar to what you'd like the icon to look like: Först hitta en bild som liknar det du vill att ikonen för att se ut:

Just choose the file and then click the Generate button, and you'll see the new icon exactly as it will look in the address bar. Välj bara filen och klicka sedan på knappen Generera, och du ser den nya ikonen precis som den ser ut i adressfältet.

I used the icon but ended up cleaning it up a bit in an image editing application. Jag använde symbolen men hamnade rengöring upp lite i ett bildredigeringsprogram.

Just choose the picture, click the Create Icon button, and see the preview. Välj bara bilden, klickar du på Skapa ikon-knappen och se förhandsvisningen.

The only problem you might notice is that usually your icons will end up with a color background even though you might prefer they have transparency. Det enda problem som du kanske märker är att det vanligtvis ikoner kommer att sluta med en färg bakgrunden även om du kanske föredrar de har insyn.

Installing your FavIcon Installera FavIcon

Once you have the icon file, you can save it somewhere on your website. När du har ikonfilen, kan du spara den någonstans på din webbplats.
