I had a problem with this (you can set it by the way, while you install suse). Man bija problēmas ar šo (jūs varat noteikt to ar citu, kamēr jūs instalēt suse). With xgl and compiz enabled, gdm would not let me auto login in gnome. Ar xgl un Compiz iespējota, GDM nav let me auto login in gnome. Kdm had no problem with letting me login, but it gave me different problems with signing off in gnome. KDM nav bijušas problēmas ar iznomāšanas mani login, bet tas deva man dažādas problēmas ar parakstīšanu ar gnome. I guess the problem is xgl, because switching to aiglx solved this. Auto Login is only for local security, that is correct. Auto Login tikai vietējiem drošības jomā, ir pareizs. It's still less secure in general. Tas joprojām ir mazāk droša kopumā.

suse live cd, when u put in the disc & start it up it will ask for a password.? SUSE dzīvo cd, kad u īstenot disku & start it up to prasīs paroli.? why? kāpēc? what is it? Kas tas ir? why isn't it included with the download? kāpēc tas nav iekļauts lejupielādēt? the live disc is worthless without it. dzīvot disku bezvērtīgas bez tā. or is there a master password they use that the end user can change later? vai tur master paroli, ko tās izmanto, ka gala lietotājs var mainīt vēlāk?
