Visual Studio 2005 includes the ability to easily switch between source control providers. Visual Studio 2005 obsahuje možnosť jednoducho prepínať medzi poskytovateľmi zdroj kontrolou. Due to problems with the VSS 2005 client, as installed with VS2005, I have uninstalled it and want to configure VS2005 to use the old fashioned VSS 6.0d client, but this does not appear in the source control plug-ins list. I'm unsure of why that is the case… perhaps you need to re-register the VSS client by reinstalling it. Som si nie ste istí, prečo to tak je ... možno budete musieť re-register klientskych VSS novú inštaláciou to.

At the bottom left side there is a “Show All Settings” check box click the check box and you will have the option. V dolnej časti ľavej strane je "Show Všetky nastavenia" zaškrtávacie políčko začiarknite políčko a budete mať možnosť.
I also have found a way to use vss 6.0, I also cant find the 'Show All Settings', but that could be a mean ironic message Tiež som našiel spôsob, ako používať vss 6.0, i já dotírat nález 'Zobraziť všetky Nastavenia', ale že by mohla byť priemerná ironický pošta

Just create a shortcut in the VSS\Win32 folder to Regsvr32, and drop all dll's on it. Stačí vytvoriť zástupcu v VSS \ Win32 zložku Regsvr32 a zruší všetky dll na nej.
Some will be registered, others complain this is not possible. Niektoré z nich budú zaregistrovaní, iní si sťažujú, to nie je možné.
Probably SSSCC.DLL is the only one needed, but I registered them all. Pravdepodobne SSSCC.DLL je potrebný len jeden, ale ja ich všetky registrované.
And now it worked again ! A teraz to fungovalo znova!

if you install the vss then goto vss and then goto the vss admin and there you can make user and add ak nainštalujete vss potom goto VSS a potom goto VSS admin a tam si môže užívateľ a pridať
