Just create a shortcut in the VSS\Win32 folder to Regsvr32, and drop all dll&#039;s on it.
Some will be registered, others complain this is not possible.
Probably SSSCC.DLL is the only one needed, but I registered them all.
And now it worked again !</description>

		<description>Due to problems with the VSS 2005 client, as installed with VS2005, I have uninstalled it and want to configure VS2005 to use the old fashioned VSS 6.0d client, but this does not appear in the source control plug-ins list.

I have done a few searches and it seen many users with this problem, but no answers! Any ideas anyone?</description>
