Excel 2007 can open a document from a previous version of outlook in Compatibility Mode, but if you want to take advantage of some of the new features you'll need to convert the document.(You can use 1.1 million rows in Excel 2007 instead of only 65k in previous versions) Excel 2007 lahko odprete dokument iz prejšnje različice izgledov v združljivostnem načinu, vendar, če hočeš izkoristiti nekatere nove funkcije, boste morali spremeniti dokumenta. When you open a document from a previous version, you can see [Compatibility Mode] in the title bar. Ko odprete dokument iz prejšnje različice, si lahko ogledate [Compatibility Mode] v naslovni vrstici.

To convert the document, click on the Microsoft Office button in the left hand corner, and then click on Convert. Če želite pretvoriti dokument, kliknite na gumb Microsoft Office na levi strani in nato kliknite Pretvori.
