With office 2K7 Microsoft went off the reservation in SO many ways, signatures among them. We USED to be able to create an html signature and the editor would clone that to a plain text file and a rich text file automagically. It would also insert the plain text signature into plain text messages. NOW, we have freaking ribbonz and we must edit out extended ASCII characters in signatures because Outlook just pastes the html signature into messages without any regard to text format. THANKfully I still have Office Pro 2003.

I am using Outlook 2007. I have created my email signature and just picked a new stationary. In my signature there is a space between my name and my title that I do no want to be there. How in the world do I delete this space?

I wanted to add a new signature in Outlook, but when I click on the "Signature" button, nothing happens. No new window opens. It seems like the button is dead. Can you help?

Have you tried to resize the picture in another photo application? Even Word or Paint should work.
