Aero Fox is very nice, and not donationware like Wizard’s link.

It is based on Aquatint Black Gloss as well.

I’m on Ubuntu, and all I have to do is set my system theme to a dark one, and as long as I leave the firefox theme on either the default one or an icon only theme, it skins it appropriately.

I had just installed this theme on my Mac and it looks great. The nice thing about FF is that most themes and add ons work on more than one operating system.
