Watch YouTube Videos in Cinema Style in Firefox
Do you like watching lots of videos at YouTube but are tired of the small video size and abundant background clutter? Now you can enjoy watching those videos in cinema style with a simple Firefox extension.
Before
Here we are…a nice video to watch but it is small in size and surrounded by way too much background clutter. Time to fix those problems!

Options & Right Click Menu
Once you have installed the extension you are pretty much ready to go. You will be able to make some minor adjustments in the options if you desire.

There are two commands at the bottom of the “Right Click Menu”.

After
To play the video that you are watching in cinema style, “Right Click somewhere in the webpage and select “Play in Cinema”. The video will open in a new tab and you will be able to make some adjustments to how it looks… This is definitely a lot better!

In the upper right corner of your browser window you can choose the background color that you would like to use.

And in the lower right corner you will be able to select the size that you want your video to be displayed as.

Conclusion
YouTube Cinema can make watching your favorite videos a much more enjoyable experience. Have fun!

Hi there. Maybe Im wrong but isn’t this very similiar to http://www.YouTube.com/xxl ? And there’s also /trailer for movie lovers. But thanks for the in depth explanation on the settings.
Made a mistake in the earlier post. Meant youtube.com/XL instead off xxl. Sorry
A full screen video is better and no plug-in required. Am I missing the point?
This is a cool article, and it’s true. Just google “factopo”
Why do you want to do all this painful method?
Youtube has already provided this option built-in, you can do this in just one click on any window without doing anything. See on the top right corner of the video, there is a button called “pop out video to new window”. Just press that and you are done
Personally I think this add-on is better than the youtube options.
