If I had the money, I would buy the iPad 2. I might wait for the 3 and then buy a way cheaper 2. Depends.
excuse but what the cartoon is projecting DOES happen in third world countries. i fail to see it’s relevance here.

it is satire. meant to make a joke at the expense of people who spend money they should not on things they do not need.
if 3rd world countries are doing this, I would seriously doubt their sanity.
An iPad will not feed your kids, wherein 1st world countries food is not a primary concern.
Well, how else are you supposed to pay for anything Apple sells?
