i recently successfully up(down)graded my new vaio nr398e/s from vista to xp. i managed to find all the drivers that i need for just about everything. the only one thing i've been unable to find a driver for is the network controller. i'm asuming this has something to do with the wireless lan switch on the front of the laptop because switching it does not turn wireless on or off. i've downloaded all of the drivers from the sony support website and installed them all to no avail.
i know there is a chance that there won't be one as the sony website specifically states that i may lose some functionality if i up(down)grade to xp.
i'll keep searching and if i find anything i will keep you all posted, but if anyone knows how please let me know.
thank you
