I hope someone can help me. On my mother's computer whenever a folder (eg. My Documents, My Computer, etc. etc.)is opened the Folders toolbar(sidebar??) on the left of the screen pops open. You can close it while you're in the folder but when you leave and go back the toolbar pops open again. What is causing it and how can it be fixed. It's not a major problem but it is annoying. I have searched for a solution but to no avail. Thanks for any help.
