Would my computer handle this Graphics Card?

I'm planning on buying this graphics card, http://www.tigerdirect.com/app.....CatId=3585
Would my computer run it? I currently have an ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro..
My specs are...
Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 QUAD CPU Q6600 @2.40GHz 2.39 GHz
RAM:3gb
System type:64 bit windows 7 ultimate
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro
MotherBoard: TP406 0TP406
My motherboard has 16x, 8x, and 1x PCI-Express Slots ( 3 - PCIe slots)
3 PCI Card Slots (3 - PCI slots)

Sure, just exchange it with the ATI. Check though the power requirements and how that compares with the ATI.

No Reason Why not, just make sure you do as whs says and check the power ratings first, is it a custom build pc or OEM. But once installed that would be a mean machine!

Never mind i can't because the graphics card needs to be a minimum of 400w and my stock dell 375w psu won't handle it. Anyone recommend a Dell friendly 400+ semi cheap psu?
